    Linn County Kennel Club’s All Breed Dog Show will take place
    Friday, Saturday and Sunday, {show_dates_display}

    Important:
    All Clinics will be held in Albany, Oregon at the Linn County Fair & Expo in the Willamette Event Building-Conference Center.
    Online reservations for all clinics will end on {clinic_close_date_display}.
    Once reservations have closed, appointment scheduling will be handled by reaching out directly to the chairperson or by visiting the Health Clinic desk in person.
    Preregistrations and prepayments required for all clinics.

    There may be times when appointments need to be rescheduled because of conflicts. To avoid issues, please book your appointment for a time after your dog’s ring event. If you have already pre-registered and a ring conflict still occurs, we will make sure to accommodate you.

    Discount Labels for OFA registration will be available. The Orthopedic Foundation of America is offering a $10.00 reduction for registration of clinic results. Please bring the necessary information for your paperwork including AKC registration data, sire and dam information, and microchip information.

    EYE CLINIC:
    Offered by Dr Sarah Maxwell, DVM.
    Saturday & Sunday from 10:00AM to 4:00PM, cost is ${rate-eye-clinic-constant}.00

    Dilation drops will be instilled into your dog’s eyes. Please arrive 20 minutes early to wait for the drops to take effect and complete paperwork.

    HEART CLINICS:
    Offered by Dr. Willam Rausch, DVM.

    Echocardiograms, Saturday from 10:00AM to 4:00PM, cost is ${rate-echo-constant}.00
    Auscultations, Sunday from 9:00AM to 3:00PM, cost is ${auscultation-rate-constant}.00

    Echocardiograms are limited to dogs not over {max-dog-weight} pounds, no large breeds. Please weigh your dog before registering.

    Cancelations/Refunds:
    For online appointments, cancellations must be made and request for refund must be received BEFORE the Clinic Close Date, {clinic_close_date_display}. Any service fee is non-refundable. Refunds will be issued within 10 working days of receiving the request for refund.

  • Dollar Amount Documented.

    Had to use a Form Calculation to be able to pass the dollar amount to the User Defined Payment Type in the Square Payment Gateway, field level calculations cannot be selected in the gateway.

    During testing, I found that the Form Calculation was inaccurate if I used the ‘Fill Form’ button, it worked fine if I manually filled-in the form. Field Level calculations did not have this issue.

    I used a Field Level Calculation to calculate the dollar amount and referenced the Field Level Calculation in the Form Level Widget. The value is then available to the Square Payment Gateway.
