This form is for musicians to contribute their services and expertise via Henry For Music (HFM) to The Front Porch Players (TFPP), during pre-show, show (live accompaniment) or intermission performances as needed.

📢 We thank you for your interest as a musician to volunteer through Henry For Music in collaboration with The Front Porch Players! HFM is coordinating these special opportunities to showcase live music for TFPP performances.

HFM and TFPP are 501(c)3 non-profit organizations and affiliates of the Henry Arts Alliance.

📅 Show Dates: March 8-10 & March 15-17

📍 Location: The Front Porch Players – 1842 Lake Jodeco Rd., Jonesboro, GA

⏰ Arrival Time: No later than 6:00 PM for 7:30 evening shows | No later than 1:00 PM for 2:30 PM matinees

🚪 Doors Open to the Public:

• 6:45 PM for 7:30 PM evening performances

• 1:45 PM for 2:30 PM matinee performances

• Performance space: Indoors

🎼 Performance Duration: 15 minutes as the audience arrives

🎵 Music Guidelines: Upbeat songs (no Wizard of Oz soundtrack songs)

Volunteer Agreement

“I understand that this is a volunteer opportunity, and I agree to arrive on time for my scheduled performance(s). I will check in with the designated contact person upon arrival and follow all event guidelines. If I am unable to attend, I will notify Henry For Music as soon as possible so alternate arrangements can be made. I understand that Henry For Music and The Front Porch Players reserve the right to adjust the schedule, modify set times, or cancel performances if necessary.”

Referral Credit Agreement

“I acknowledge that I am volunteering through Henry For Music, and my participation will be credited to the organization for tracking purposes. I understand that Henry For Music is a community partner of The Front Porch Players and is coordinating this opportunity for musicians to perform as part of the show, pre-show or intermission experience. If I have any questions about my participation or need assistance, I will contact Henry For Music directly.”

Media Release Agreement

“I grant Henry For Music and The Front Porch Players the right to record, photograph, and use my name, image, and performance for promotional, educational, and archival purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, social media, websites, press releases, and marketing materials. I understand that I will not receive compensation for any recordings or images taken during the event. If I wish to revoke permission for future use, I must submit a written request to Henry For Music at least 14 days before the first scheduled performance.”

Liability Waiver

“I understand that I am participating in this event voluntarily and at my own risk. I agree to hold Henry For Music, The Front Porch Players, their staff, and event organizers harmless from any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during my participation. I confirm that I am physically able to perform and will take all necessary precautions to ensure my safety and the safety of others.”
