Consumer Disclosure
Participation in the 2025/2026 Phenomenal Woman® Spokesmodel Contest signifies your acceptance of all rules, terms, and policies. All submissions, including written and video content, must adhere to the contest guidelines and maintain authenticity. Misrepresentation or violation of the rules may result in disqualification and forfeit of all prizes awarded.
Operator
The contest is organized and operated by Phenomenal Women®, a 501(C)(3) nonprofit Corporation. All inquiries about the competition can be directed to Info@PhenomenalWomenInc.org.
General Notice
A one-time Entry fee of $75 is required at the time of your application submission. However, no additional purchase, donation, or payment is necessary to win this competition. Entry fee is used for administrative costs to support the Phenomenal Woman Spokesmodel contest operations and/or community outreach initiatives.
Eligibility and Consent
Participants must:
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Identify as women who align with the values of Phenomenal Women®: uniting, empowering, and inspiring others.
- Consent to the use of submitted materials (written, video, and photographic) for promotional purposes.
How to Enter
To participate:
- Complete the official entry form (sign and date).
- Submit a written entry (250–500 words) explaining why you embody the values of Phenomenal Women®.
- Upload a 2-minute video detailing how you represent the contest’s mission.
- Submit 3 photographs.
- Pay the non-refundable entry fee of $75 US Dollars via approved methods.
How to Vote
Voting will be open to the public. Participants can encourage their networks to vote for their entries, but any fraudulent or unethical voting practices are prohibited. Details on voting timelines and methods will be announced once your registration to compete is complete.
Competition Schedule
The competition will follow these stages:
- Submission Deadline: 30 days upon receipt of your application and registration.
- Public Voting Period Begins: Once all applicants have been approved/accepted.
- Announcement of Finalists: January 25, 2026
- Winner Announcement: March 8, 2026
Notification to Competitors
Participants advancing through the stages will be notified via email or phone. All notifications will include the next steps and deadlines.
Grand Prize
The winner will receive:
- The official title of 2026 Phenomenal Woman® Spokesmodel.
- A feature in promotional materials.
- A lucrative prize package, including a cash honorarium and sponsored opportunities.
Prize Winner Acknowledgment
The winner consents to the use of their name, image, and submissions for promotional purposes. The winner may also be asked to participate in promotional activities or media appearances aligned with Phenomenal Women®'s mission.
Ancillary Promotions
Phenomenal Women® reserves the right to conduct additional promotions related to the contest. Details on these will be shared with participants as they are confirmed.
Conduct
Contestants are expected to embody the values of Phenomenal Women® throughout the contest. Behavior that is disruptive, unethical, or contrary to the mission may result in disqualification and forfeit of all prizes and monetary gifts.
Requirements and Consent of Winner(s)
The winner must:
- Sign an affidavit of eligibility and consent.
- Sign Medical Release of Information form to include Insurance carrier, dietary restrictions, allergies, medications or pre-existing medical condition.
- Agree to participate in promotional events or activities as requested.
- Comply with all contest rules, regulations and guidelines.
- Show proof of US Citizenship via valid social security Card, current driver license/passport.
- Show Proof of State Residency via tax returns or utility bill
Waiver and Limitations of Liability
Phenomenal Women® is not responsible for technical issues, errors, or unforeseen circumstances that may disrupt the contest. By participating, entrants waive any claims against the organization for damages or losses.
Dispute Resolution and Mandatory Arbitration
In the event of a dispute, participants agree to resolve the matter through binding arbitration under the laws of the state in which Phenomenal Women® is incorporated. This agreement includes a waiver of class action claims.
Termination
Phenomenal Women® reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, ensuring fairness and integrity are maintained.
Competition Withdrawal Request
Participants who wish to withdraw from the contest must submit a written request 30 days prior to withdrawal date for review. Entry fees are non-refundable.
No Refund Policy
All entry fees are final and non-refundable. This policy ensures the integrity of the contest and supports its operational costs.
Donation
Funds raised through the contest will support Phenomenal Women®’s Five Pillars of Wellness©, youth activities, Signature events, programs and initiatives aimed at empowering women and building strong communities.
Designated Grantee
Proceeds from the contest may also be allocated to partner organizations that align with Phenomenal Women®’s mission. Details will be announced as applicable.
Agreement
By participating, entrants agree to adhere to all contest rules, terms, and conditions.
Severability
If any term in these rules is found unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue in full effect.
