For your AMIGO Wall, we have some cable entrance options and wall prep tips. These preparations must be completed by you or your interior builder before installation. Select your preferred option in the next question.

Important for your wall preparation: Make sure the wall where the QIOX will be installed is flat and smooth.We cannot install the wall kiosk on a paneled wall. Unsure if your setup is suitable? Contact our support helpdesk for assistance.

For your QIOX installation, please ensure a U/UTP CAT6 cable(internet) and a 230V / 6A soft power cable with an open end come from the wall.The cables should exit the wall within a 5x5 cm area, and the cable length must be at least 1 meter. Please arrange this before installation.

For your Fixed-Foot QIOX, we are going to drill four holes in the floor. Ensure no cables (except power & internet) or plumbing are in the drilling area.

GENERAL INFORMATION

1. Please double-check that the intake is filled out correctly. Any inconsistencies with the situation on the installation location may result in additional costs.

2. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled installation on weekdays will incur a €75 fee per planned technician. (For example, for a Monday installation, cancellations must be made by the Thursday before.)

3. To keep the QIOX(s) in optimal condition our advice is to Turn off your QIOX systems once a week.

3. Each QIOX requires 1250 watts from a power group. Please ensure you do not exceed the maximum power allowed for a single power group at your establishment.
