    These Rental Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the rental of equipment from Heart & Soul Event Planning LLC (“Company”) to the Renter (“Customer”). By renting equipment, the Customer agrees to the following terms:1. Rental Period & Usage1.1. The rental period begins upon pickup/delivery and ends upon return/pickup at the agreed time.1.2. The Customer is responsible for the equipment from the time of pickup/delivery until the return and must use it for its intended purpose only.1.3. Extensions may be granted upon request and are subject to availability and additional fees.2. Security Deposit & Payment2.1. A security deposit is required for all rentals. The deposit amount varies based on the item rented.2.2. The deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after the return of the equipment, provided there are no damages or missing items.2.3. The full rental payment is due before or at the time of pickup/delivery.2.4. Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Zelle, CashApp, or other agreed-upon methods.3. Equipment Care & Responsibility3.1. The Customer must return all equipment in the same condition as received.3.2. DO NOT use the equipment in extreme weather conditions (rain, storms, excessive heat, etc.) unless the item is designed for outdoor use.3.3. The Customer is fully responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or misuse of the rented equipment.3.4. Cleaning Policy: Items must be returned clean and free of debris. A cleaning fee will apply if returned dirty.4. Damage, Loss, or Theft4.1. If any rented equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair, the Customer must pay the full replacement cost of the item.4.2. Minor damages requiring repairs will be charged accordingly based on the cost of repair.4.3. The security deposit may be used to cover any damage, loss, or cleaning fees.5. Cancellations & Refunds5.1. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the rental date to receive a full refund.5.2. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.5.3. No-shows or same-day cancellations will not receive a refund.6. Liability & Indemnification6.1. The Customer assumes full responsibility for the safe use of rented equipment.6.2. The Company is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of rented items.6.3. The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Heart & Soul Event Planning LLC harmless from any claims, lawsuits, or damages arising from the rental equipment’s use.7. Delivery & Pickup7.1. Delivery & Pickup services are available for an additional fee, depending on location.7.2. The Customer must be present at the agreed pickup/delivery time. If no one is available, a $25 rescheduling fee will apply.
