Dear Customers,
Please see the procedures below to ensure a timely credit for damaged or poor quality fresh cut flowers.
- All credits must be communicated to your Wholesale Representative within 24 hours of receiving your product.
- Photos must be sent via e-mail or text within 24 hours. We will not accept credit without photos.
- Please do not throw away the product until your Wholesale Representative speaks with you. If you are scheduled on our delivery route we will pick the product up.
- All credit requests need to be approved by management before a credit is granted.
- For any other questions regarding the credit policy or any other matter please contact your Wholesale Representative.
Any credit request that doesn't comply with the information above will not be granted.
