2026 Summer Family Bible Camp Registration
Hello Families,

It is time for our 2026 Summer Family Bible Camp Registration! Bible Camp will be held at Sacramento meeting hall on June 18-21. This is an opportunity for children with their families to blend with children and families from other localities. Together we can learn to follow God through this year’s theme: THE KINGS AND THE PROPHETS FOR GOD’S HOUSE AND GOD’S KINGDOM BEING FAITHFUL TO GOD (part 1). Please note that this will be a “day camp” with no overnight stays.

Bible Camp is designed for children in kindergarten through 6th grade. Younger children may be present at the camp but will always be under their parents’ responsibility and supervision. Parents as well as young people will be required to serve in various capacities. Every person attending needs to complete the registration form regardless of their age or capacity.

The registration DEADLINES and FEES are as follows:

Register AND submit the fee by 3/31/2026:
1) Camper: $75
2) Parent serving one: $100
Family cap is $300

Register after 3/31 (or until the capacity is reached) AND submit the fee by 5/31/2026:
1) Camper: $100
2) Parent serving one: $125
Family cap is $400

The cost for Team Shepherd (YP): $50

Non-parent Serving One: $50 or $10 per meal.

The final deadline is 5/31/2026. Registration fee is not refundable after 5/31/2026.

Please submit the registration fee by the dates set above to the designated contact person (see list below) in the city closest to you. Your registration will be confirmed after the designated contact person receives the registration fee.

Please make your payments to your locality, and let the designated contact person for your locality know. Your local contact person will be able to answer any questions regarding Bible Camp.

Team Shepherd Registration

This section is for registering a Young Person (incoming 7th grader through incoming freshman in college) to be a Team Shepherd. NEW in 2025 Family Bible Camp: the main coordinators need to review and approve the registration. You will receive a confirmation notice later.
Team Shepherd's Expectation and Responsibilities

Dress code for the Campers:
1. Tennis shoes. No sandals, flip flops or slides.
2. Shirts must have sleeves and no offensive logos or designs.
3. Pants or long shorts. No short shorts.
Dress code for Team Shepherds during the Serving Ones' Training and the Bible Camp:
1. Tennis shoes. No sandals, flip flops or slides.
2. Shirts must be a current or prior year Bible Camp T-shirt.
3. Pants or long shorts. No short shorts.
The team shepherds have the following responsibilities before and during the camp.
1. Attend the mandatory team helpers/shepherds/overseers training. Dates to be announced.
2. Follow the camp rules and schedule. Have a willing, learning and exercised spirit and submit to the serving ones. Be a pattern and example to the children.
3. Learn all the camp songs and the hand motions prior to team helpers/shepherds/overseers training.
4. Complete the Bible reading schedule related to the lessons prior to the camp.
5. Keep track of their team members' points by filling up the point sheet (if applicable).
6. Help team members to participate and follow the schedule (be on time, listen to lessons, sing, memorize the verses, etc.)
7. Maintain a positive, encouraging and nurturing attitude towards the children.
8. Help lead the singing, or play an instrument (if possible).
9. Help with the skill class during the skill class time.
10. Help prepare their team's presentation and testimonies.
11. Hold/wave the team flag during the team activities.
12. Help with any team member's needs/problems, including bringing appropriate problems to the attention of team overseers.
13. Help the children learn during the skill class and be a help to the instructor.
14. Participate the camp activities with the teams.
