  • What issues are you experiencing with your Matterport Pro1, Pro2 or Pro2Lite camera? Please add any additional information to the notes box near the bottom of this form.*
  • Matterport cameras typically come with a 1 Year Manufacturer Warranty that covers any defects that might occur during that first year of ownership. If the camera has been dropped or shows any evidence of physical damage, the warranty is voided. Let us know what if you think your camera may be covered under the 1 Year Factory warranty?
  • What issues are you experiencing with your Matterport Pro3 camera? Please add any additional information to the notes box near the bottom of this form.*
  • Please ship your Pro3 tripod mount with your camera to help us better diagnose any Unstable Errors and/or H-Drive issues. Faulty tripod mounts are often responsible for these rotational errors.

  • Please ship your camera charger (AC adapter and power cable) with your camera to help us better diagnose your power and charging issues.

  • USA CUSTOMERS ONLY: Would you like us to email you a prepaid UPS shipping label? We purchase our labels from ShipStation and the cost is about half of what a UPS store typically charges. (International Customers See Below)*
  • International Customer FAQ

    • International customers are responsible for shipping their camera to our USA facility.
    • Our shipping address and additional International Shipping info is located at the bottom of this form.
    • You can use any carrier that you prefer (UPS, DHL, FedEx etc)
    • You will be responsible for any customs duties and import charges etc,
    • To minimze possible customs duties and any import charges etc, please prominently note on the shipping docs something to the effect of: "Camera is being sent to the USA for Repair and then Return to The Shipper"
    • For your commercial invoice, we suggest that you use the estimated cost of the repair as the value of the shipment
  • What to ship with your Pro3 camera?

    • Mainly we need the camera itself, with the lens cap and placed inside the protective zipper carry pouch.
    • We also suggest that you also send us the "Tripod Adapter" (aka the T-mount). Especially if you are experiencing the "Unstable" error or having issues with the camera's rotation or getting alignment errors. Faulty tripod mounts are often responsible for these rotational errors.

How to pack your Pro3 camera?

    • The least expensive option is to pack your camera in the zipper pouch and wrapped with some bubblewrap (1 to 2 inches thickness is enough), inside a cardboard box. A 12in x 12in x 8in box is fine and is a fairly standard size.
    • If you want to ship your camera in a hard protective case, that is fine too, but the shipping cost will be significantly higher.
  • What to ship with your Pro2, Pro2Lite or Pro1 camera?

Usually we just need the camera itself. If you're having issues with charging and think that your charger may be the problem, please send it too.

How to pack your Pro2, Pro2Lite or Pro1 camera?

    • If you have one of the original boxes that a Matterport comes in (it usually has foam inserts in it and a plastic handle on it), that works excellent for shipping the camera in.
    • Or you can use a 12 x 12 x 12 box or simialr and wrap the camera in some bubble wrap or pad it with krinkled newspaper etc..
    • If you want to ship your camera in a hard protective case, that is fine too, but the shipping cost will be higher.
  • If you would like to ship the camera in yourself, without us providing you with a prepaid label, you can get the shipping information here or below.
