  • Solar Washington's 2025 Washington State Solar Summit Sponsorship Agreement

    Hosted by Solar Washington since 2015 the Washington State Solar Summit is an important annual information gathering and networking event for our professional audience of contractors, installers, consultants, manufacturers, developers, architects, engineers, homeowners, as well as policy makers, financial lenders, researchers, solar enthusiasts, educators and students.  The event (conference) will be held October 24 at South Seattle Community College.

  • For conference exhibitors:

    1.  PURPOSE OF THE EXHIBITION/TERMS: The main purposes of the 2025 Washington State Solar Summit and accompanying exhibition is to provide an educational and networking forum for solar and solar-related industries and personnel as well as other solar supporters. The exhibition area will be staged in the foyer/lobby. 2. ASSIGNMENT OF EXHIBIT SPACE: Solar Washington shall assign the Exhibit Space to the Sponsor/Exhibitor in accordance with the tiers of sponsorships. An effort will be made to respect the Sponsor/Exhibitor's space choice whenever possible, but those requests cannot be guaranteed. Solar Washington’s decision will be final. 3. INSTALLATION AND DISMANTLING: The Sponsor/Exhibitor is responsible for transporting, hauling, setting up and breaking down of all said booth materials. 4. BOOTH SPACE, ELECTRICITY, EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES: Space rental includes one 6’ table and chair. Sponsors/Exhibitors must provide their own table skirting and other signage and miscellany associated with your booth space. We cannot guarantee access to electrical outlets until a closer date. Please respect the relative space of your booth neighbors. Free WIFI is available. 5. OBSERVANCE OF LAWS: Sponsor/Exhibitor shall abide by and observe all laws, rules regulations and ordinances of any applicable government authority. 6. PHOTOGRAPHY: Sponsor/Exhibitor agrees to allow photographer hired by Solar WA to take photos of exhibitors and exhibits to be used for future marketing and publicity by Solar Washington on its web and/or printed collateral. 7. INDEMNITY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Neither Solar Washington Association nor Seattle Colleges, their agents, employees, contractors, or other representatives shall be held liable for, and they are hereby released from liability for, any damage, loss, harm or injury to the person or property of the Sponsor/Exhibitor or any of its visitors, officers agents, employees or other representatives, resulting from their theft, fire, water or accident or any other cause. The Sponsor/Exhibitor shall indemnify, defend and hold Solar Washington Association and South Seattle Community College, its agents, employees, contractors, or other representatives, harmless from any and claims, demands, suits, liability damages, loss, costs, attorney fees and expenses of any kind which might result from or arise of any action or failure to act on the part of the Sponsor/Exhibitor or its officers, agents, employees or other representatives. 8. Solar Washington makes many efforts to publicize the Solar Summit to industry personnel and other solar supporters and cannot make any guarantees concerning the number and/or makeup of people in attendance during both the conference or the exhibition on Friday, Oct 24, 2025.
