APPLICATION FOR VEHICLE PARKING SPACE
I hereby apply for parking space(s) in the SCHVC Vehicle Storage Sheds as a space becomes available. I accept the following rules in regard to the allocation of a space.
 
•     I will take up the allotted space within 28 days of the allocation. Should I not take up the allocation I accept that it will be re-allocated to another applicant by the Committee.
•     I agree to pay an annual rental for the allocated space.
•      I accept that parking spaces in the Vehicle Storage Shed will be allocated in order of the date that this Application is received and registered by the SCHVC Committee.
