Drive-By Inspection
Drive-by only with photos of any possible HOA violations such as landscaping photos, oil stains, broken or missing window coverings, and trim/fascia visible from the street. No on-property access. Click for Details $50.00
Handyman Level Technical Support
Our field technicians can assist with jobs under a handyman license, such as minor repairs, smoke detectors, air filters, furniture assembly, wall patches, painting, or anything that doesn't require a license or typically doesn't exceed $1,000.
