  • Vendor fee for promotional space at MOA community events is $100. Please complete the application below for MOA review. Approved Vendors will receive a follow up form with payment options. MOA approves Vendors based on space availability and need at the designated event.

  • VENDOR AGREEMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    1. RIGHT TO SELL PRODUCTS: VENDOR shall have the right to advertise and sell products. Solicited products or services must be approved by MOA. Said sales are to occur only within the area designated by MOA for the VENDOR.

    2. BEVERAGES: VENDORS shall not sell, distribute, or in any way disseminate alcoholic beverages.

    3. THC PRODUCTS: VENDORS shall not sell, distribute, or in any way disseminate THC products.

    4. HOURS OF OPERATION: VENDORS agree to be fully staffed, open and fully operational during the event hours specified above.

    5. LOAD IN AND SET UP: Load in and set up must be completed 30 minutes prior to event start time.

    6. LOAD OUT: VENDOR will remove materials and garbage upon end time of event. Load out may occur once guests have left the park, or by approval of MOA staff.

    7.SAFETY AND SECURITY: VENDOR shall be responsible to adequately anchor all equipment to withstand the elements of weather. VENDOR is responsible for the safety and security of their own property and equipment at all times. MOA shall not be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage to any property left on the event grounds at any time.

    8. INSURANCE: VENDOR shall maintain commercial general liability insurance with limits of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. Such policy shall name the Museum of Outdoor Arts as additional insured. A certificate of insurance must be provided to MOA no less than fourteen (14) days prior to the Event. The additional insured shall read “Museum of Outdoor Arts, 6331 South Fiddler’s Green Circle, Greenwood Village, CO 80111.

    9. LICENSES: VENDORS are responsible for all permits, licenses, and insurance as required by the state of Colorado, Arapahoe County, or City of Greenwood Village.

    10. INDEMNIFICATION: VENDOR agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MOA, its officers, employees, agents, and representatives, from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to any act or omission by VENDOR, its employees, agents, contractors, or representatives in connection with the Event.

    11. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY: If Event must be rescheduled due to weather or preemption by AEG Presents after complete execution of Agreement, MOA and VENDOR will negotiate to determine an alternate date within thirteen (13) months of original Event date under the same terms and conditions. If a rescheduling request by MOA occurs within seven (7) days of Event date, VENDOR reserves the right to deny the request.

    12. VENDOR APPROVAL: Submission of this application does not guarantee your space at designated event. MOA reserves the right to accept or deny Vendor applications based on space availability and need. Approved Vendors will receive a follow up Vendor form to submit payment.
