Reporting safety issues can be intimidating. This form was created to help our members feel comfortable and make sure you are heard! Please utilize this form to help us address your concerns.
Reports will be handled promptly, confidentially, and with sensitivity to all parties involved. When utilizing the online report form, individuals should provide as much relevant detail as possible, including dates, times, locations, and any witnesses. Anonymous reports are accepted; however, providing contact information can assist in conducting a thorough investigation and resolving the complaint effectively.
Investigation & Resolution
Upon receiving a report, the guild will:
- Acknowledge receipt of the complaint.
- Conduct a fair and impartial investigation.
- Take appropriate action, which may include mediation, education, warnings, suspension, or expulsion from the guild.
- Keep the reporting party informed of the resolution process while maintaining confidentiality.
Expectations for Outcomes
The guild is committed to taking all reports seriously; however, the ability to take direct action may depend on the nature of the complaint and the available evidence. Anonymous reports will be reviewed and investigated to the extent possible, but without direct communication with the complainant, resolution options may be limited. Non-anonymous reports allow for a more thorough investigation, including the possibility of mediation and direct corrective actions. While every effort will be made to address concerns, the resolution process may vary depending on the specifics of each case.
