Cancellations received:

On or before Sept 12, 2025 – Full refund minus $50 administrative fee
Sept 13 through Sept 30, 2025 – 50% refund - no admin fee
Oct 1, 2025, or after - Not eligible for refund

Transfers are accepted prior to the start of the program.
