PLEASE READ:

1) Some items are currently sold out or are pre-order only. Orders will not be placed and invoices sent unless minimums are met. There is a limited quantity of some items.

2) No payment is due upon completion of the form. Payment is required at time of delivery.

3) Delivery will be at the 2026 Best of the Midwest MDGA state show or MDGA fall conference. Items will only be shipped after payment and at the buyer’s expense.

4) Items not picked up by November 30, 2026 will also be shipped at the buyer's expense.
