2025-2026 School Year Contract

Below are the tuition and policy details for the After School Explorers program you are applying to:

By signing below, I understand and agree to the following:

• The Explorers program tuition is comprised of 10 equal monthly payments for September 2025 - June 2026. The last day of the Explorers program is the same last day as Natick Public Schools.
• Monthly tuition covers regular school days and early release days (when PSON is open). Full day programming from 8am-5pm is also included in the monthly tuition for the following NPS closings: 9/23, 10/2, 11/11, 3/20, 4/3 and 5/1 (K only) during the 2025-2026 school year.
• Monthly tuition includes snacks, lunch and milk. Afternoon snacks are provided on regular school days. Lunch and snacks are provided on early release and full days.
• The Explorers program does not operate on any days in which PSON is closed.
• School vacation weeks in February and April (Tuesday-Friday of each vacation week), as well as other school closings are available for a separate daily fee of $100/day and are subject to space availability. Advance registration is required, and students may attend during PSON's full operating hours. Snacks, lunch and milk are provided.
• To reserve a space in the Explorers program, both a non-refundable registration fee and non-refundable 1- month tuition deposit are required to reserve the space. The deposit is applied to the final month of the school year (June 2026).
• Due to limited availability, families enrolling in the Explorers program are responsible for all 9 remaining tuition payments during the 2025-2026 school year unless written notification to release the space is received by May 15, 2025. PSON will make every effort to fill the space in the event a family needs to withdraw.
• Transportation is provided by NPS and any incremental bus pass fees for the after school transportation are covered by PSON.
• Sibling credits do not apply to the Explorers program.
