    Early Arrival. We will be very happy to welcome you as early as 1:00 pm, but unfortunately not earlier. You can rest in our lobby, help yourself to a complimentary coffee or tea and enjoy the sea view until it's time to check in.

    Check-in & check-out times. Check-in starts at 3:00 pm weekdays and 4:30 pm Saturdays. Check-out is at 12 pm.

    Early check-in & late check-out. There is an additional charge for early check-ins and late check-outs. As late check-outs and early check-ins approvals are based on the availability of holiday apartments, your best bet is to contact us on the day and request an early check-in or out. Unapproved late check-outs will result in another charge of the nightly rate.

    Safety Protocol. This is extremely important: the key cards must be removed from the electricity panel when you leave the apartment, for fire safety reasons.

    Unregistered Visitor Policy. As guest comfort and safety are our highest priority, we do not allow unregistered visitors to enter the apartment hotel. If you want to invite unregistered visitors for an overnight stay, ask our customer care staff to allow their visit in advance. Permissions are based on availability and maximum room capacity; if permission is granted, you will be charged an extra fee of 350 ILS per visitor per night.

    Damages. If you damage the apartment or its contents, we will estimate the cost of the damage and charge your credit card accordingly.

    Smoking. This is a non-smoking apartment hotel, which means no smoking is allowed anywhere on the premises, including the balconies. If you do choose to smoke on the premises, your credit card will be charged a fine of 500 ILS.

    Personal Belongings. Sea Executive Suites will not be responsible for any personal items left in the apartment or anywhere on the premises.

    Elevators. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult when using the elevator.

    Rooftop Policy. The rooftop is not available for private dinners or events. Additionally, bringing food to the rooftop is not allowed.

    Cleaning. Your apartment is cleaned before arrival, with fresh towels and linens provided. Mid-stay cleaning isn’t included. Need extra cleaning or linens? Contact our Customer Care team on WhatsApp in advance (fees apply).

    Dirty Towels. Please do not leave used towels outside your apartment.
    If you'd like to request a fresh set, just let us know — extra towels are available for an additional fee.

    Garbage Disposal. Please take your trash to the designated disposal area on the P (basement) floor.  Do not leave garbage bags in the hallway or outside your door.

    Payment. According to the cancellation policy you selected, payment is required before arrival. When the free cancellation period ends, you will receive a secure payment link directly from us. The link is encrypted, safe to use, and sent via our verified WhatsApp Business account or email. To complete the payment, click the link and follow the steps. Depending on your bank, you’ll receive a confirmation code via SMS or email to verify the transaction.  

     

  • Rooftop Policy. The rooftop is not available for private dinners or events. Additionally, bringing food to the rooftop is not allowed.

    Laundry Room: The self-service laundry room is available at any time.
    Laundry coins (15 ILS) can be purchased via this secure link. 
     Please do not wash hotel towels or linens in the machines — this may result in a replacement fee.

    Shelter: In case of an emergency, the shelter is located on the P floor (basement). Feel free to ask our team to show you where it is.
    Please note that alarms are not always clearly heard in this area, so we highly recommend downloading the “Home Front Command” app to receive real-time alerts and safety instructions during your stay.

     By signing this document, I confirm that:

    1. The credit card provided to secure the reservation and payment is in my name, the booking is in my name, and I am the guest who checks in.

    2. My credit card will be charged with the outstanding amount per the terms and conditions.

    3. Sea Executive Suites will ask my credit card issuer to authorize a temporary hold of 800 ILS, which will be charged only in the event of damage to the apartment. 4. I am fully aware that providing a credit card not in my name will result in canceling the reservation before or after my arrival.

  • Non-Visitors Policy

  • Sea Executive Suites is a peaceful, secure, and private property. To maintain the safety, comfort, and privacy of all our guests and residents, we strictly enforce a no-visitor policy across the entire property.

    By signing this agreement, you acknowledge and accept the following:

    • Only the guests listed in the reservation and officially checked in are permitted to enter the property.
    • No external visitors are allowed to enter the building, apartments, or shared areas for any reason. This includes friends, family members, or any third party.
    • Our 24/7 on-site security team controls the entrance and monitors all access points. Entry will be granted only to verified and registered guests.
    • Any attempt to bypass this policy, such as adding unauthorized names to the booking, opening the door for non-guests, or providing false information, is considered a serious breach of our terms.

    By signing this policy, you confirm that:

    • You are responsible for informing all members of your group about this restriction.
    • You accept full responsibility for any violations caused by anyone in your party.

    Violating this policy may result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation, and you may be requested to vacate the property without refund.

    We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and respectful environment for all our guests.

  • For the safety and peace of all our guests, our apartment hotel is monitored by surveillance cameras in all public areas, including corridors, the entrance, and the front desk.

    We take any form of verbal or physical violence very seriously. Such behavior will result in immediate checkout without refund, and a report will be filed with the police. If necessary, we will also contact the guest’s embassy.

    Access to the property is controlled through an intercom system. Each time you enter, you must identify yourself by providing your full name and apartment number.

  • Health Declaration for Gym and Sauna Use

    The gym is available for guests aged 16 and above. Guests under 16 are not permitted to use the gym facilities. The sauna is available for guests aged 18 and above. Guests under 18 are not permitted to use.

    1. General Health. I confirm that I am in appropriate physical condition to engage in exercise activities safely and have no medical conditions that would prevent my use of the gym facilities. 

    I acknowledge that participation in physical activities carries inherent risks, including injury or, in rare cases, death. I voluntarily accept these risks and agree to use the facilities responsibly.

     2. Sauna Use. I confirm that I do not have any medical conditions that could be aggravated by sauna use, including but not limited to: Cardiovascular diseases (e.g., heart conditions, hypertension). Respiratory issues, skin disorders, and conditions causing impaired sweating or inability to tolerate heat.

    I understand that if I am pregnant, diabetic, have health concerns, or am under medical care, I should consult with a doctor before using the sauna.

     I acknowledge that prolonged exposure to high temperatures can be dangerous. I will limit my sauna sessions to a maximum of 20 minutes and will exit immediately if I feel nauseous, uncomfortable, dizzy, or sleepy.

     3. Personal Responsibility. I agree to use all equipment and facilities as instructed and will seek guidance from staff if I am unfamiliar with proper usage.

    I understand that it is my responsibility to know my limitations and to engage only in activities suitable for my fitness level and experience.

    I acknowledge that the hotel is not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may result from my use of the gym and sauna facilities.

     4. Compliance with Hotel Policies. I agree to adhere to all posted guidelines and instructions provided by hotel staff regarding the use of gym and sauna facilities.

    I understand that failure to comply with these policies may result in the revocation of my access to these facilities.

     By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Health Declaration. I acknowledge that I use the gym and sauna facilities at my own risk and that the hotel is not liable for any injuries or health conditions arising from their use.

    To complete your check-in, the person who made the reservation must upload a copy of their passport and the B2 tourist visa (entry slip) received at the airport upon arrival in Israel to be exempt from 18% VAT.

    If you are checking in before arriving in Israel, please upload your passport now and complete the process by uploading the B2 visa once you arrive. You’ll be able to scan a QR code at the front desk to upload it.
    The visa can be uploaded as a photo or PDF – whatever is easiest for you.

  • We’re excited to host you! Here’s how your check-in will work:

    1. Confirm Your Arrival Time – Please let us know what time you’ll be arriving.
    2. Meet & Greet – A property representative will meet you in person, hand over your keys, and give you a quick tour of the apartment so you feel right at home.
    3. Entering the Building – For everyone’s safety, every time you return, you’ll need to ring the main doorbell and identify yourself by name and apartment number. Our team will only allow registered guests.
    4. No-Visitor Policy – For security and comfort, only the guests listed in your reservation may enter the property. Unfortunately, we cannot allow outside visitors at any time.
