Submit your artwork information
Use the fields below to tell us about the pieces you are submitting. Type in the information for your piece and hit "Save." If you are submitting multiple pieces, hitting "Save" will give you additional fields to keep adding information. For each artwork, enter the title, materials used/item description (e.g. "acrylic on canvas," "ceramics," etc.) and the price you would like it to be sold for (please note that Yukon Art Society retains a 35% commission on all artwork sales).

Hanging Instructions
Do any of your pieces have specific hanging instructions? If so, please describe your idea in detail below. We will do our best to accommodate your ideas, but please note that the final installation is decided upon by the curator. Once the show is hung, we will be unable to accommodate any changes. Artwork is not currently able to be hung from the ceiling.

If your piece(s) do not sell during the exhibition, would you like them to stay for sale in the Members' Gallery? Please note that if you already have a lot of artwork for sale you will be ask to take some of your older pieces home first.

If you are able, please upload an image of each piece you are submitting. This will help us identify the pieces when we're adding them to inventory. They do not have to be high quality. Arts Underground will be taking photos of the work to be added to our online store.
