At Children's Rights Queensland, we want to make sure all kids feel safe, respected, and heard. This survey is to help us learn more about children's rights so we can do a better job supporting kids across Queensland.
You don't have to do this survey if you don’t want to. It's totally up to you. You can stop anytime, and you don’t have to tell us why. Everything you share will be kept private and only used to help us make things better for children. We will keep your answers safe, and no one will know who you are unless you say it's okay.
If you'd like to be in a prize draw to win a $100 voucher, you can share your contact details or those of a trusted adult who has agreed to this. These will be kept separate from your answers and will only be used to contact you if you win. Your contact information will not be shared with anyone else. You don’t have to enter the prize draw if you don’t want to. It won't change your answers or how you do the survey.
