Wine Shipment Information

 

Wines shipped from the Napa/Sonoma area will be shipped by our shipping partner Cobalt Wine Logistics. 

All wine must be received for consolidation by 05/29/2025 at the following address:

SVMoA Shipping Labels which will be attached to each case to denote the event your wine is allocated to will be sent to you following the completion of your wine donation form.

SVMOA will provide labels for boxes and wine donation forms by 5/1/2025.  Wine can be delivered to Colbalt as soon as labels for boxes have been received and wine donation form has been submitted. 

 

PLEASE NOTE: Any wine not received for consolidation by 5/29/2025 must be shipped to SVMoA or our local consolidator at the wineries expense by no later than 06/05/2025 

NOTE ON VINTNER SEATING AT THE 2025
ART & WINE GALA 

To guard against weather and ensure the best possible experience for our patrons, we have made the decision to move the Art and Wine Gala indoors this year to the Argyros Center for the Performing Arts. It's an incredible space, and we are excited to share it with you! However, one constraint of this space is capacity. We will be limited in numbers this year but are excited to host an intimate gala event. Because of this, we will be unable to seat most vintners with guests (regardless of participation levels). Instead, we will encourage vintners to walk the floor, pouring wine and mingling with patrons. We will also have a wine tasting portion of the evening before dinner. Vintners attending the Gala this year will be served in the balcony overlooking the event floor. Vintners will still be able to see the full event and participate in the fun while also being visable to guests on the floor. It's a change but we promise it will still be fun and leave you with plenty of opportunities to interact with guests!

2025 VINTNER HOUSING POLICY

Please Initial Below to Confirm that you have read and aware of the following regarding Vintner travel and accommodations.  

• The costs of traveling to and from the Sun Valley Wine Auction are the responsibility of each vintner, and not the SVMoA. 

• Upon request, SVMoA will attempt to find accommodations for vintners at patron guest homes. Please inform SVMoA by 4/1/2025 if you are requesting accommodations arranged by SVMoA. 

• Most accommodations arranged by SVMoA will involve shared living spaces, and in most cases, SVMoA can only arrange for one bedroom per participating winery. Wineries are responsible for booking and covering the cost of any additional rooms required. 

• SVMoA-provided housing will be available only for the dates of June 23–June 27. Any additional dates must be arranged separately by the winery.

• Please note that SVMoA cannot guarantee housing for all vintners, nor can it ensure that accommodations will meet the required standards.

• Vintners are encouraged to make their own accommodation arrangements if they have specific housing needs, concerns, or if they plan to stay beyond the provided dates.
