Thank you for inquiring with Glam Cakes & Treats, a home-based bakery in Mechanicsville, VA. Please note that by thoroughly answering the questions below, you will help us gain the best insight regarding your desired baked item, enabling us to provide an effective communication experience for you, our customer.

Please keep in mind the following:
I am naturally creative, to jump start my business I offer lower prices. Please note that it takes time, love & baking products to make and decorate custom cakes. My beginner starter prices are a lot cheaper than the average custom cake decorator in the area. As time to buy prices will become higher. Thank you for your support!
Design & Non-Edible Decorations Disclaimer:

• Inspiration photos are used for reference only; due to the handmade nature of cakes, I DO NOT guarantee an exact replica of the image sent but we always attempt to reproduce your request as closely as possible, to the best of our abilities. There may be slight variations in color, decoration, or design. •Please note: I only offer non-edible images and decorations. Any printed images, cake toppers, or other decorations provided are non-edible and must be removed before serving. The client assumes responsibility for ensuring these items are removed prior to consumption.
Pricing & Payment:

• Payment Policy: Full payment is required at the time of order. Orders will not be confirmed or started until payment is received. • Accepted Payment Methods: [Venmo.] Click “ Pay Now” on the previous website.
Advance Order Policy:

• Due to my commitment as a hairstylist and to ensure sufficient time to prepare your cake or treats, all orders must be placed at least 1 week in advance of the pick up date.• Orders placed less than [5] days in advance may not be accepted.• A grace period of [4] days may be granted in special circumstances, subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Cancellations & Refunds:

• Payments are non-refundable as they cover supplies and time spent preparing the order.• Orders canceled at least [4] days before the pickup date may receive a partial refund at the business owner’s discretion.
Pickup Only

• This order is for pickup only. No delivery services are provided.• Pickup Location: (Will communicate pickup location.)• Once the cake leaves my possession, I am not responsible for any damages due to mishandling or improper storage.
Allergy Disclaimer:

• My cakes are made in a home kitchen that may contain common allergens such as dairy, eggs, wheat, nuts, and soy. I am not responsible for allergic reactions.
