1) FIT4BABY® is a prenatal fitness class that includes weekly small group workouts, community support via a group chat, and on demand class options. The workouts will build your mental and physical endurance, strengthen your body, and prepare you for pregnancy, birth, and beyond. We focus on safe and effective strength training for all stages of pregnancy, as well as mobility and birth prep moves that are great to start doing anytime in your prenatal journey.
2) Pre and Postnatal Yoga is designed for all stages of pregnancy, as well as early postpartum (6 weeks to ~6 months). This class will stretch out areas that are feeling stiff, create space in your body to help you breathe better, move you into poses that help baby find optimal positioning, and help you feel calm and relaxed.
