Whether you're just beginning your journey into medical coding, need additional support, or are a certified coder looking to strengthen your skills in specialized areas, our customized tutoring sessions are tailored to meet your needs. Learn and build confidence in ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS Level II, medical terminology, anatomy, and specialty-specific coding. Each session integrates real-world examples, billing workflows, and the latest industry updates to help you stay competitive in the field.

Rate: $50/hour (subject to instructor availability)

Requirements:
- Current editions of AAPC (ICD-10-CM, HCPCS) and AMA (CPT) coding books
- Zoom access (link provided 24–48 hours before your scheduled session)
- If you need to purchase current-year coding books, visit AAPC’s website. Please allow 7–14 business days for shipping. (Optional: AAPC Study Guides for CPC, CPB, or CRC)
Prerequisites:
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
- Prior experience in the medical field is recommended but not required
- A basic understanding of medical terminology and anatomy is preferred

Private Tutoring Sessions – Fees & Refund Policy

Payment Fees:
A $50 fee will be applied to any declined or returned payments.

Refund Policy:
Tutoring sessions may be canceled for a full refund if the request is made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule your session for a future date.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to simplycodingllc@gmail.com for review and approval. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

By purchasing tutoring sessions through Simply Coding, LLC, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and agree to the terms outlined above. You understand that participation in tutoring does not guarantee employment or a passing score on any AAPC national certification exam.
