Whether you're new to coding, need extra help, or are a certified coder struggling in certain areas, our personalized tutoring sessions are designed for you. Gain expertise in ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS Level II, medical terminology, anatomy, and compliance. Sessions cover real-world scenarios, billing processes, and industry updates to keep you ahead in this high-demand field.

Fee: $50/hour (based on instructor availability)

Requirements:
- Must have current AAPC (ICD-10, HCPCS) & AMA (CPT) coding books
- Access to Zoom where sessions conducted
If you don’t have the current-year coding books, visit the AAPC website to purchase. Shipping typically takes 7–14 days. (Optional purchase: AAPC CPC or CPB Study Guide.)

Prerequisites:
- 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED
- Medical field experience recommended (not required)
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology & anatomy preferred (additional learning resources available if needed)

Payment Fees:
Declined payments are subject to a $50 fee.

Refund Policy:
Private tutoring sessions may be canceled for a full refund if requested at least 24 hours (one day) prior to the scheduled session.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund; however, you may reschedule for a later date.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to simplycodingllc@gmail.com for approval. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for processing.

By purchasing private tutoring sessions, you confirm that the information provided to Simply Coding, LLC is accurate and agree to these terms. You acknowledge that completion of tutoring sessions does not guarantee passing the AAPC National Certification Exam.
