Account Executive Pre Qual-OTC form
This form is designed to help you determine if the Click n' Close OTC program is a good fit for your builder and your applicant.

Please take note of the bullet points below
- Click n' Close, Inc- Will not advance funds to the builder/borrower at closing to get the project started.
- Funds at closing can pay for the purchase of the land and any soft costs that have been incurred.
- All draws are based on work that has been competed- Draws are "paid in arrears" to the builder
- This programs success centers around Loan Originator and the builder having or establishing good communication. Loan Originator should be able to communicate the OTC program to the builder- not communicating through the borrower to the builder
- No single-wides
- No unique properties
- This program is only alllowed on brokered transactions..
