Please submit this form if your organization is currently using or planning to use TED's content and/or brand in any of the following ways:
- To support employee learning
- On an intranet system
- At a company event
- In training materials
- Within a TED-branded video offering or editorial program
- In TV/film, including documentaries
- In an online or virtual course
- In a podcast
- In published research with TED content or a derivative of TED content
- As part of any other commercial use activity
Please review our full list of commercial use activities that require a TED licensing agreement. Note: Nonprofit or educational institutions may also require licenses.
Why do businesses need approval for TED licensing?

In support of TED's nonprofit mission, we ask that businesses comply with our Creative Commons license. If you are representing a business that is interested in licensing, distributing or using TED for any commercial opportunities, please fill out this form.
