Please note: Our design consultants are highly trained through DHF for the scope of work provided. The objective is to listen, support, and offer superior options in the market to ensure your wishlist. Our design consultants are ongoingly educated in floorplanning, product knowledge, design techniques, budgetary consciousness, and exemplary customer care. Your $500 design deposit may be used towards furnishings only. Window Treatments require a separate home visit with an additional $500 deposit towards purchase. Design assistance for items other than furnishings is charged by the hour. Appointments will not be scheduled during savings periods. If purchases occur during a savings period, after a design appointment has occurred, 5% fees will be added per product upon sales orders. Please kindly understand our designer's time spent towards your project is valuable and their compensation is based upon your purchase. Design deposit refunds are not preferable once work has commenced.
