This campaign is designed for Colorado non-profit organizations that provide organized sports opportunities for Colorado youth ages 18 and under. By completing and submitting this form, you give permission to share your organization’s name and the name(s) and admin email(s) of your nonprofit's ColoradoGives.org page with the Youth Sports Giving Day team.
