I fully understand and acknowledge that there are inherent risks and dangers in my child's enrollment in a summer program and/or daycare on an old farm site, with nearby accessible water streams and ponds, and including all of the program activities related hereto.

I fully understand that my child's use of any equipment (including playgrounds) related to programs and activities may result in injury, illness, or death and damage to personal property. I understand other students, accidents, forces of nature or other causes may cause these risks and dangers and I hereby fully accept these risks and dangers.

I understand that Bovina Center Montessoric School (BCMS) will put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID and other communicable diseases, however, BCMS cannot guarantee that my child will not become infected. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID or other communicable diseases may result from the actions, omissions, of my child and others, including, but not limited to, BCMS employees, volunteers, other staff, and visitors.

By signing/checking this, I acknowledge and accept this risk.

I voluntarily agree, on behalf of my child, to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, or death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that my child may experience or incur in connection with entering BCMS or participation in BCMS programming ("Claims). On my child's belief, and on behalf heirs and estate, I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless BCMS, its staff and faculty, volunteers, and other stakeholders, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, or omissions of the BCMS, its staff and faculty, volunteers, and other stakeholders.

I have read the above and by signing it I agree it is my intention to have myself or my dependent particulate in the school and all activities and programs and I understand and accept the risks involved.

This shall be binding on my heirs, successors, assigns, administrators, and executors. Any claims or disputes arising out of my child's enrollment in the BCMS summer program and/or daycare shall be venued in the Supreme Court of the State of New York of the County where BCMS is located.

You may cancel your child's summer registration up to three weeks (23 calendar days) prior to the first day that your child is scheduled to attend our summer programs to receive a partical refund of 50%.

The school does not give refunds for cancellations with less than three weeks' notice. To cancel a registration you must email us at admin@bovinamontessori.com

In the event of unforeseen circumstances that would prevent us from carrying out our summer programs, Bovina Center Montessori School reserves the right to cancel the program(s) in question. Enrolled families will be notified immediately and receive a full refund.
