MVSB Photo Contest 2026

  • Each entrant may enter a total of ten photos for consideration. Please see the rules for details. Thank you for sharing your art with us!

  • Please observe the following specifications:

    • All submissions must be in color. Black and white photographs will not be considered.
    • Photos should be taken in the state of NH
    • Watermarked images will not be considered
    • Permissible formats are JPG, JPEG or PNG format
    • High-resolution digital images must be submitted at a minimum of 72 DPI (higher preferred) at a size of at least 5300 pixels wide x 1920 pixels high. MVSB reserves the right to color correct and/or crop all photo entries if necessary.

    Format for Calendar Photos:

    Please observe the following specifications:

    • Photos must be horizontal so that they nicely print at 10" wide by 8" tall
    • Photos with less than 300 DPI at 10" wide by 8" tall will likely be too low resolution for calendar use and may not be considered.

    Format for Web Photos:

    • Winning photographs will be displayed on the homepage along the top of mvsb.com.

  • If any of your submitted photographs features a child under the age of 18, the child’s parent or legal guardian must complete and sign a Parental Release Form, giving us permission to publish a photo of their child in our calendar, website or any other publication. In order to protect the privacy and safety of children, we cannot consider any photos with children in them without receiving parental consent. If your photo is selected as a winner, we will contact you for the appropriate signatures.

  • Assignment of Publication Rights: You retain your rights to your photograph; however, by entering the contest, you grant MVSB (Meredith Village Savings Bank and those authorized by MVSB) a royalty-free, world-wide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to publicly display, distribute, reproduce and create derivative works of the entries, in whole or in part, in any media now existing or later developed, for any purpose, including, but not limited to, advertising and promotion of the magazine and its website, exhibition, and commercial products, including but not limited to MVSB publications. Any photograph reproduced will include a photographer credit as feasible. MVSB will not be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with such uses.
