Every individual that would like to participate will need to fill out a form (maximum weight cannot exceed 250lbs). If you are bringing any children with you (children must be ages 6 & up) then please fill out a separate form for each child. There are a limited number of available spots. If all spots are filled, then you will be added to a waiting list. We ask you to include your contact information to be eligible so we can reach out to you to confirm your participation. If we cannot confirm your participation, then the next entry will be offered to join. If you find that after signing up that you cannot attend, then we ask you to please let us know as soon as possible so we can provide another with the opportunity.
