The Family Fun Fair will be held on Satuday, April 26, 2025 at East Gresham Elementary School (EGES). This event is being run by the Parent Teacher Student Organization (PTSO) of East Gresham Elementary and all proceeds will benefit the school community.
This event will include many adult vendors selling their own goods in rented booths and tables as well as carnival type games, a musical performance and food sales. There will also be a section where students of East Gresham may have a mini booth to sell their own handmade goods as a way to learn some entrepreneurial skills. A mini booth will consist of half of a 6' table.
The PTSO will be selling "Mini Artist Tickets" to customers. One ticket = $1. The tickets can be used to purchase items from Mini Artists. At the end of the event, Mini Artist can turn in their tickets to the PTSO in exchange for cash.
The event will be open from 10:00-2:00. Mini Artists will be able to set up from 8:00-10:00am Saturday morning. Mini Artists are to provide all items needed to set up their booth (tables will be provided). Mini Artists are expected to remain open for the entire event. Clean up is from 2:00-4:00.
There are a limited number of Mini Artist spots available. All items will be under review. Make sure to submit quality photos and thorough descriptions of your items and why they are unique.
Applications are due by April 5, 2024. Vendors will be notified of their acceptance by April 8, 2024. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Vendors not selected will be placed on a waiting list and will be notified if an opening becomes available.
The East Gresham Elementary school and PTSO are not responsible for accidents or for items lost, stolen or damaged.
