  • Online submissions can take up to 3 buisness days to process. If you are visiting within that timeframe, you may either call at 513-559-7713 or redeem when you arrive at the ticketing office.

    What you'll need:

    • Gift membership information
    • Membership ID number (If renewing)
    • Names of all adults & children to be listed
    • Contact information of primary adult
      • Address
      • Phone Number
      • Email
    • Photos of all adults & children - Failure to upload a photo will require either a photo to be taken at the Zoo or a valid, government-issued photo ID to be presented for each individual entering without a photo. Parents of children may provide a school ID, passport, or insurance card listing the child’s name in lieu of a photo.
    • Photo requirements:
      • Photos must have been taken within the last 6 months
      • Face must be clearly visible
      • No group photos
      • Only .jpg/.jpeg files (Most phone photos meet this requirement)
