Spring Break Mini-Camp

A great place for kids to be while they're not in school!  Kids are supervised throughout the day.  Activities include games, arts & crafts, tennis, science, swimming, yoga, zumba, and more!

Half Day: 9:00 - 12:00

Full Day: 9:00 - 3:00

Conditions of Enrollment: 

1. The camper and his/her parents agree to abide by the rules and regulations set by the Directors of Camp Saw Mill - Mini Camps.
2. When it is considered necessary for a camper’s health, the Directors reserve the right to have the camper hospitalized or to use outside medical professionals.  Parents remain responsible for the cost of any outside care.
3. I realize that no environment is risk-free, and so I have discussed with my child the importance of following the camp rules.  I give my permission for my child to participate in all activities, including swimming, and for camp personnel to assist my child when dressing (if necessary).  By signing this agreement, I give permission for Camp Saw Mill - Mini Camp Staff to help my child when the child asks for assistance and/or is needing help.
4. The camp is not responsible for camper’s lost of damaged personal belongings while at camp. 
5. Consent: This agreement is entered into with mutual consent of Parents and the School.
6. Tuition and charges: Parents agree to pay the full amount for camp charges and fees once posted on Brightwheel. Parent will receive a statement prior to bring charged. Tuition is due on or before May 1st, 2025
7. Late fees: Parents understand and agree that a $25 late fee will be assessed if payment is more than 3 days past due.
8. Payment authorization: I hereby authorize Genesis Health Clubs - Saw Mill Club to process my credit card for camp.
9. I hereby give consent for my child to participate in the camp program at Saw Mill Club.  I have read and agree to all Camp Saw Mill policies stated above.
