  • SPONSORSHIP LEVELS: All Sponsorship levels include company logo on thank you material (during the day of the expo and following the event on the DBQ Bridal Expos website and FB Page).

    EXPO PARTNERING SPONSOR: $5,000

    • Exhibitor Space(s) at event in a Preferred Location.
    • Recognized partner in all print & digital marketing, advertising, and promotional materials.
    • Recognized Partner included/referenced during radio interviews/news interviews, and live remotes.
    • Business logo placed (and linked) with event promotion on Culbie’s Event Center website, FB Page, and Health & Wellness Expo event.
    • Includes 6 business highlights on social media at least 60 days prior to the event, with one each week starting at 30 days prior to the event (partner will provide content).
    • Video recorded interview, TikTok, or other digital advertisement on social media (provided by partner). 
    • Additional signage at the event highlighting business and noting them as a Partner. 
    • Opportunity to place sponsor produced flyer, promotional items, and/or products in all expo bags received by attendees.
    • The business logo will be included on all event signage and announcements before, during, and after the expo.
    • Exclusive partner sponsorship level with first right of refusal for subsequent year.

    ORGANIZING SPONSOR: $2,500

    • 1 Exhibitor Space at event in a Preferred Location.
    • Recognized Sponsor in all print & digital marketing, advertising, and promotional materials.
    • Recognized Partner included/referenced during radio interviews/news interviews, and live remotes.
    • Business logo placed with event promotion on Culbie’s Event Center website, FB Page, and Health & Wellness Expo event.
    • Includes 4 business highlights on social media at least 60 days prior to the event, (sponsor will provide content).
    • Video recorded interview, TikTok, or other digital advertisement on social media (provided by sponsor). 
    • Additional signage at the event highlighting business and noting them as a Sponsor. 
    • Opportunity to place sponsor produced flyer, promotional items, and/or products in all expo bags received by attendees.

    MEDIA SPONSOR: $1,500

    • 1 Exhibitor Space at event in a Preferred Location.

    CONTRIBUTING SPONSOR: $250

    APPLICATION: This is an application and not a confirmation of registration or admittance as a vendor at the Health & Wellness Expo. We will do our due diligence to ensure all businesses who are accepted are legitimate and have a positive reputation. We will check reviews online and through social media before confirming acceptance into the event. We will limit the number of businesses for each category to ensure we have a wide range of offerings at the expo but not one category is overrepresented or saturated. Categories include, but are not limited to; Fitness and Exercise, Nutrition and Diet, Mental Health and Wellness, Alternative Medicine, Beauty and Skincare, Sleep and Recovery, Health Tech and Innovation, Healthcare Providers, Sustainable and Eco-Friendly Products, Community and Support Organizations, Specialty Health Products, Wellness Retreats and Travel, Health and Wellness Media, and more.

    Once we review and accept the application, we will send a contract to be signed, including invoice. The signed contract and payment must be received within 14 business days upon contract and invoice being issued.

    FOOD & DRINKS: Culbie’s Event Center will have a cash bar, and food will be available through The Otherside. Participating Businesses who serve food & beverages are strongly encouraged to bring/serve samples. Copies of license and insurance must be on file.

    MARKETING & ADVERTISING: We will secure advertising with many of the local print and digital agencies to include, but not limited to the local radio stations, surrounding print publications, Social Media, billboards, print fliers, and word of mouth. Marketing, Advertising, and Promotional Materials are subject to change.
