I am not entitled to any compensation for the use of these images. The images may be edited, copied, published or distributed for lawful promotional purposes. I, the undersigned parent/guardian, acknowledge that participation in the Havre Community Bike Rodeo involves physical activity and inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, and other biking-related accidents. I understand that event organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliated organizations are not responsible for any injury, illness, or damages that may occur during this event.

I voluntarily assume all risks and agree to release and hold harmless Havre Community Bike Rodeo, its organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from my child’s participation in the Bike Rodeo.

I further certify that my child is in good health and able to participate safely in this event. I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure my child wears a properly fitted helmet and follows all safety guidelines provided.
