  • Please complete this form to make changes to an employee's pay rate, supervisor, job description, title or to seperate an employee. 

    MSC's Pay Periods are from the 1st to 15th and 16th to the end of each month. Changes should be effective at the beginning of a pay period.

    Please choose either the 1st or 16th as the effective date for all changes other than separations. If you need to choose a different date, please contact MSC's People and Culture Team directly by emailing personnel@movementstrategy.org.

  • Classification Definitions:

    • Full-Time Employee – Full-time employees are those who work 40 hours per week and are eligible for employee benefits.
    • Part-Time Employee – Part-time employees are those who work a minimum of 20 hours per week and fewer than 40 hours per week are eligible for employee benefits.
    • Temporary Employee – Temporary employees are those employed on an as needed basis. Temporary employees are not eligible for employee benefits except those mandated by applicable law.
