SICDTC Rules & Consequences
Due to disturbing reports of club doors not being properly locked, it has become necessary to apply consequences to those who leave a door unlocked. The safety of anyone entering our training hall is our priority. Therefore, all members & non-members using the hall, are required to check that both the back door and front door are locked before leaving the building. Anyone who finds a door unlocked is required to notify the BOD at BOD@sicdtc.com (this email address can be found on the SICDTC website under the About Us Page/BOD & Officers) I suggest adding this email to your contact list now. DO NOT EMAIL THE GENERAL MEMBERSHIP
Everyone is required to sign the acknowledgement of these rules and consequences:
Members- 1st Offense: Warning by official letter, 2nd offense:$50 fine, 3rd Offense: Benefits suspended for 1 yr from 2nd Offense, 4th Offense: Membership Revoked.
Non-Member-1st offense: loss of rental privileges for 6 months and 2nd offense: loss of rental privileges 1 year
In addition, due to some individuals’ haphazard use of essential oils while practicing scentwork, areas in and around the building became so contaminated that it required extreme levels of cleaning, replacement of parts of some of our equipment and even partial replacement of our flooring! Due to this, ABSOLUTELY NO ESSTENTIAL OILS ARE ALLOWED IN OR AROUND OUR CLUB BUILDING! Anyone seen practicing SW with essential oil will be brought before the BOD & face loss of privileges, membership suspension or termination and possibly financial responsibility.
This was voted on and approved by the membership. Signing this document is mandatory for all members and non-members using of the training building.
