Referral Fee Agreement

If Watt Hamlett Consulting sends you the name and LinkedIn profile or contact information of an interested candidate for this position, and you hire that person for this role or any role in the next 6 months from today, you agree to make a one-time referral fee to Watt Hamlett Consulting based on the following tiers:

Tier 1: A referral fee of $3,000 for an expected annual salary/on-target earnings or contracted compensation up to $100,000

Tier 2: A referral fee of $4,500 for an expected annual salary/on-target earnings or contracted compensation between $100,000 and $150,000

Tier 3: A referral fee of $6,000 for an expected annual salary/on-target earnings or contracted compensation greater than $150,000
I agree that if WHC refers an interested candidate for this role whom I have not already considered nor was otherwise planning to contact, and the candidate is hired for this role or any role within 6 months from today, I will notify WHC of the start date. WHC will then invoice me up to 30 days after the start date, and I agree to pay the referral fee within 30 days of receiving the invoice. Furthermore, I affirm that I am authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of my company or organization.*
