This form should only be used to request creatives to be made for display, social display, or email. All other changes, modifications, and cancellations should go on the appropriate DIO. All others will be rejected. Please allow 5-7 BUSINESS Days for completion from when we receive the creative. This does not include submissions made after hours or on weekends. This does not substitute a creative change and will still be needed to submitted for the creative to applied to a campaign.
This form is for current campaigns or campaigns that are sold and in OSI. All spec requests require pre-approval from your Nulogic Sales Manager.
