Terms & Participation AgreementK.Levy’s Legends Music FestivalPresented by The Legends Music Festival FoundationIf selected to perform at K.Levy’s Legends Music Festival, artists agree to the following terms:Promotional RequirementSelected artists are required to actively promote their performance at Legends Fest by sharing official flyers, announcements, and promotional materials across their social media platforms.Required Submission Materials (Upon Selection)Artists must submit the following prior to final confirmation:• Signed Performance Agreement and Contract• High-resolution headshot• Brief artist bio Failure to submit required materials by the stated deadline may result in forfeiture of performance slot.⸻Community Conduct & Anti-Harassment PolicyThe Legends Music Festival Foundation is committed to cultivating a welcoming, inclusive, and safe environment for all attendees, artists, vendors, staff, volunteers, and participants.Harassment, discrimination, or harmful behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.This includes but is not limited to:• Racism• Sexism• Hate speech• Discriminatory conduct• Harassment based on race, gender, age, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, religion, disability, or any protected characteristicLegends Fest celebrates culture, creativity, and community.
