    1. Authorizes Texas True Tax as your Property Tax Agent so we can discuss with the appraisal district on your behalf. 2. Completed the required Appointment of Agent form that we will file with the appropriate county appraisal district (CAD) 3. Confirms this agreement will renew automatically for each year unless Client gives Texas True Tax notice that Client does not want it renewed. 4. Confirms you agree to pay Texas True Tax 25% of the estimated tax savings, before exemptions. Our fees apply separately to each property protested. You will not be charged unless we successfully reduce your appraised value at a protest hearing. Disabled status exempt properties are flat at $75 maximum fee. 5. A property with a homestead exemption may have a "homestead cap." This means a reduction in appraised value may not reduce the assessed value of your property. You understand that homestead properties may incur a protest fee even though a reduction of assessed value was not achieved for this year.
