By submitting this application, the Artist agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Summit Coffee On the Plaza, its owners, agents, and employees from any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including but not limited to attorney's fees, arising out of or in connection with the Artist's participation in events or activities organized by Summit Coffee, except to the extent that such claims, damages, losses, or expenses are caused by the sole negligence or willful misconduct of Summit Coffee.

Additionally, the Artist acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for processing all payments, handling delivery, and fulfilling all sales transactions related to their artwork. Summit Coffee On the Plaza assumes no responsibility for any financial transactions, order fulfillment, or disputes between the Artist and their customers.
