You MUST purchase tickets through CBM if you would like to receive the highly discounted group rate. An ARK Ticket/Pass IS REQUIRED to attend CBM Conference. A Creation Museum Ticket is optional. Please indicate the amount of tickets needed for each age category (Adults age 60+ receive a greater discount). Children 10 and under are FREE admission.

If you do not select any, we will assume you either have an annual pass or are purchasing tickets at the counter (significantly more $$).

Everyone MUST have a conference ticket to attend conference. Conference ticket includes 8 meals + meetings/childcare. Select the quantity for each person in each age group on this registration form.

Final Payment is Due by July 1st, 2025.

No refunds for cancellations after July 20th, 2025

Late Payment: 5% fee for Payments made after July 1st

If full payment is not in by July 20th, your room will not be held.
