Criteria: A field worker or Foreman who has worked with the company for at least one year and demonstrated leadership among co-workers. The nominee must attend the Day of the Construction Worker Fall Protection Training or Family Celebration Saturday, May 3, 2025) to receive the award. Instructors can’t be nominated; Awards are only for workers in the field.
