Program Description:
In February 2025, President Trump signed an executive order pausing FCPA enforcement and directing the Attorney General to study and revise FCPA enforcement guidelines. Join a panel of experts as they dissect the executive order and other DOJ memoranda, the implications of those documents on near- and medium-term FCPA enforcement, and consider how DOJ guidance might change. The panel will also discuss the international reaction to those developments and consider how shifting enforcement priorities might impact collaboration between DOJ and foreign regulators. Finally, expect to receive some pointers for how compliance officers and in-house counsel might navigate the new landscape.
