The planned activities for this cohort include a hike at Thetis Lake up to Scafe Hill, a trail run, climbing at CragX, cycling up the Galloping Goose Trail, paddle boarding, and a final picnic and potluck in the park. Please note: this group requires the fitness, skills, and experience required to participate fully in each of these activities. The events for this cohort will run on Saturday's, mid mornings to early afternoons, and one evening event on a Tuesday or Thursday after 5pm during April and May. Will you be able to attend on these days and times?* This field is required.

There will be a cost to participate in this cohort. The cost will cover LampPost admin fees, a 2-hour paddle board rental, and some food & beverages at the picnic. Participants will be required to cover the cost of an evening of climbing and climbing rentals, and a bike and helmet for cycling, if gear for both isn't already owned.* This field is required.
