2025 Youth Conference Registration

This event is for all youth turning 14+ in 2025. It will be held June 23-26th at Camp Moran on Orcas Island. Please upload the "Permission & Medical Release" form and complete all other information. Registration will be complete once you receive a "Thank you" screen after submission.

Prescription Medication Information & Consent

The following table only needs to be filled out if you are sending medication with your son/daughter to Youth Conference. You may skip this section if you are not sending medication with your child.
All prescription medication must be in the original bottle from the pharmacy with doctor's instructions. All over the counter medication must also be in its original container, and stored in a large Zip-loc bag with the youth participant's name and ward boldly labeled with indelible ink. Please provide this medication to the camp nurse upon arrival to Camp Moran.

Youth Participant Conduct Agreement
By checking the box below, the participant acknowledges that he/she is responsible for his or her own conduct and is aware of and agrees to abide by Church standards, camp or event safety rules, and other pertinent instructions. Participants’ conduct and interactions should abide by Church standards and exemplify Christ like behavior. Parents and participants should understand that participation in an activity is not a right but a privilege that can be revoked if they behave inappropriately or if they pose a risk to themselves or others.*
