
Important Event Information
We will review your application once submitted and follow up with you regarding the next steps.
Event begins at 12pm on 10/18/2025, and ends at 9pm on 10/18/2025. Booth setup begins at 10:30am on 10/18/2025. Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of booths. Food vendors must provide all food and heating equipment. All food vendors will be subject to inspection by the local health department the day of the event, and must provide permit for approval.
Vendor fees are non-refundable
1. Vendor Fees Are Non-Refundable
All vendor application fees are non-refundable once payment is received and your space is confirmed. This policy helps us secure event logistics and promotional commitments in advance.
2. Event Cancellation
In the unlikely event that the festival is canceled entirely by the organizers, all confirmed vendors will receive a full refund of their vendor fee.
3. Event Postponement
If the event is postponed to a new date, your vendor space will automatically transfer to the rescheduled event. No further action is needed on your part unless otherwise notified.
4. No-Show Policy
Vendors who fail to attend without prior notice will forfeit their fee and may not be considered for future events.
