    MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

    We pride ourselves investing in the next generation of Armenian Professionals and are excited to once again offer an exclusive mentorship program. The goal of the program is to connect undergraduate and graduate students, or new professionals, with an experienced mentor within similar career fields. Being a Mentor is a reputable opportunity to positively impact one’s development. As Mentors, you have the knowledge & expertise to provide guidance, share experiences, your career journey and elevate skills, as we enrich the lives of future professionals and leaders.

     

  • Mentor Requirements

  • In order to qualify as a mentor in The Armenian Professional Society's Mentorship Program we ask that you meet the following requirements:

    • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the industry
    • Be an active APS memeber
    • Be willing to communicate at least once a month with your assigned mentee throughout the 7 month program 
    • Maintain communication with the APS Mentorship Director throughout the process to ensure all program goals are met
