If you have never being seen by Spark Speech Pathology before, please note you will be invoiced for these events after they occur. Invoices will be sent to the email address you have provided above. Options for payment will be displayed on the invoice and will include online payment and BPAY payments. Alternatively, you can call us to pay over the phone.

Cancellations

Please let us know ASAP if you are no longer wanting to attend the events you express interest for. This will help us plan the events accordingly.
